Teen Care Set

Contains 4 oz. of Soap-Free Cleanser, 2 oz. Repairing & Toning Serum, and about 0.3 oz. Rejuvenating Face Cream (moisturizer).

Morning & evening cleanse with Soap-Free Cleanser on a wet face.* Splash rinse and pat dry. Always use lukewarm water, not too hot or too cold. Avoid hard scrubbing, as this will unnecessarily stimulate oil glands. Next apply a few drops of Repairing & Toning lotion, smoothing gently all over your face, around the mouth and eyes. Let dry before applying any make-up. This takes only a few seconds. If your face feels sticky, you are using too much. If the lotion doesn't glide easily over the face, you need to use a bit more. A few pea-sized drops should be just right.

*If you want more exfoliation on cleansing: Apply the Soap-Free Cleanser to face with no water. Use upward circular motions to create a white film and gently rub. Thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Do this no more than once a day.

If you notice your face feeling dry after a few days, add a small amount of the Rejuvenating Face Cream in the morning after the Toning Lotion. Drink lots of water (at least 8 glasses/day), avoid junk foods, sugar and carbonated drinks, and you should have a bright, healthy complexion in a short time!
